This page explains what apexadvertisingllc.com does with information while you read it. The short version: very little, and none of it identifies you. The longer version below covers the legal basis we rely on under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and what you can ask us to do.
The site has no accounts, no shop and no payment pages. You can read every review without typing a single detail about yourself. What is recorded automatically is the technical minimum any web server needs to answer a request and stay standing under load.
That minimum means a shortened IP address, the browser and operating system in use, screen dimensions, the time of the request and which pages were opened. Individually and together it does not name a person. We look at it in totals — which reviews get read, which ones lose people halfway, what breaks on older phones — and to shut down traffic that is clearly automated abuse.
Anything beyond that minimum waits for your permission. Non-essential measurement scripts stay unloaded until the banner is answered, which is what UK rules require, and there is no advertising pixel, no profile building and no sharing of behaviour between sites.
Links on this site lead to gambling operators and support charities. From the moment you follow one, the receiving company decides what it collects and under which policy — we have no visibility of your account, your balance or your play, and we cannot answer for their notices. Reading the destination's own terms before depositing is genuinely worth the two minutes.
If you use the contact form, we get the name, email and message you typed. It is used to reply, kept only while the conversation is live, and never sold, rented or handed to an advertiser.
UK law gives you the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to a particular use and to ask that processing be paused. With no accounts on the site most requests end with us confirming that no identifying record exists. Email contact@apexadvertisingllc.com and you will hear back inside a month; if the answer is unsatisfactory, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk takes complaints.
Transport is encrypted, access to the server is limited to the people who maintain it, and software is patched on a schedule. This notice changes when the site does, and the version on this page is always the one in force.
